Back then I just called it my Lifting Log. Over the years that got shortened to LIFTL: half word, half acronym, which is why that last L always stands on its own.
I trained on it, tore it apart, rebuilt it, and trained on it again. Somewhere in there, it clicked: the thing I'd quietly relied on for years might be exactly what other lifters were missing.
